Job Description
1. Position: Senior Project Officer
2. Number of Positions: 02
3. Job location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Willingness to travel as per project requirement in India)
4. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical) with MBA/M.Tech/ PGDBM in Energy/ Power Management (Full time course only)
5. Experience & Skills required:
i. Minimum 5years of Solar or Power Industry
ii. Candidates having experience of MW scale Solar Consultancy Projects from designing to completion
iii. Candidate having work experience of anyone of renewed consultancy firm shall be anadded advantage
6. Maximum Remuneration: Rs.65,000/-per month
7. Required Knowledge & Skill:
a. To work with the clients on an assigned project to identify solutions to business problems and streamlines processes
b. Experience of working in rooftop and ground mounted solar PV projects
c. To manage and mentoring the team assigned to the project,inorder to execute and complete assigned projects with in the time and scope with the client
d. Manage project communication and documentation
e. Managing and coordinating Project Management Activity
f. Developand deliver reports,proposals,required documentation and presentations related to project
g. Good Communication Skill & excellent writing skill
h. Good in preparation of Detailed Project Report,Tender Preparation(Techno-commercial)
i. Better Knowledge for preparation of Financial Model
j,. Liaise with project stakeholders,internal and external on an ongoing basis
k. Assessment of Commercial aspects
l. Client management and liasioning
m. Policy Analysis and development
n. Payment process co-ordination for projects
o. Project proposal development
p. Organizing meetings as required with the client,sub contractors and internal resources to resolve issues and ensure smooth project implementation
q. Business development activity to get more clients
r. Any other things as and when delegated by management time to time
