Qualifications : (A) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre / department OR (ii) Officer having three years regular service in the post in PB 2 (Rs.9300- 34800/-) with GP Rs.4600/- (pre-revised scale)[revised to Pay level 7 in Pay Matrix under 7th CPG] AND (B) Having aptitude, experience and exposure of the nature of job of Protocol Officer.

Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- (pre-revised scale) [Now revised as Pay level-9 in Pay Matrix under 7th CPC]
