Job Description
* Heading Certification -Conducting certification through WAVE and
on boarding Sales team to the floor.
* BQM Chart creation, Salesforce Report extraction, Data preparation,
performance report creation, Dashboard presentation initiating VOC to
analyze Customer queries.
* Auditing sales outbound calls on Registered leads and Inbound calls
on Customer tickets raised on SAM, Vcare.
* Developing internal auditingprocesses and designing Call and
Session Parameter
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures for
Certification Process.
* Ensuring Zero tolerance Audit and conducting independent audits of
mock, Call and Quiz also Corrective mistaken.
