Job Description
Ability to conceptualize the processing for the product development with careful & sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to the specified standards while performing root - cause analysis to prevent any reoccurrences & defective issues. Excellent expertise in SOP Implementation and Documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage human, financial and material resources towards the achievement of stated objectives, to plan and manage work programmers and to lead, motivate and provide effective guidance to a team of professional and support staff. Good exposure to working in Solid Dosage and Packaging. Quality Management System (Change controls, Incidents, Deviations, OOS and OOT) Possess sound knowledge in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). Experience in Process Validations. Excellent skills on the analytical techniques Like. HPLC, GC, FTIR, Potentiometric, KF, DSC, etc.. Expertise on the software’s like Empower and Tiamo, LIMS, Nichelon, QMS Software. Expertise in conducting Trainings for QA & CFT. Self-Inspections and Audit and compliance (Vendor qualifications) Document Management. Versatile and multi-skilled with ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, achieve defined goals & objectives, an effective communicator with Strong Analytical, Problem Solving & Organizational Skills. An experienced Self Starter and Team Manager with keen attention to Organization needs and details.
