Required skills :
- 3+ years of experience working in quality engineering (QE)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related engineering field or relevant professional experience
- Direct experience designing test cases that satisfy complex customer scenarios and creating test plans to meet business needs
- Solid experience programming test automation and contributing automation framework
- Proven skills to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
- Solid skills in and experience with Linux
- Solid understanding of fundamental network protocols, e.g., LAN, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, and HTTP; direct experience with network troubleshooting and tools, e.g., tcpdump and netcat
- Familiarity with open source projects, e.g., OVN, OVS, or Neutron, and tunneling protocols like VXLAN, GRE, or Geneve
- Experience with or the ability to learn Go and Ruby quickly
- Experience with or the ability to learn container technologies, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift quickly
- Knowledge of Red Hat OpenStack Platform, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Google Compute Engine (GCE), VMware, or Microsoft Azure
- Expertise in testing methodologies and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
