Job Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across the organization.

2. Handle lateral and bulk hiring requirements based on business needs.

3. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals and other recruitment channels.

4. Manage recruitment for automotive, engineering, manufacturing and corporate roles.

5. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

6. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

7. Negotiate salary, manage offer releases and follow up until candidate onboarding.

8. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and hiring dashboards.

9. Ensure positions are closed within the agreed TAT.

10. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
