Role: Sr. Recruiter/Team Lead

REQUIREMENTS:
- Should have strong communication skills and Psychometric analysis to assess the
- Candidates interest levels and reasons to make a move.
- Should be passionate and have patience for handling the critical strategic hiring of
- complex JDs.
- Should have strong operational skills to coordinate and convince the clients to push
- the rationales and reasoning on profiles sent.
- Should have experience in Head Hunting for the niche and critical positions.
- Experience in handling End to end recruitment cycle would be an added advantage.
- It’s a Full-Time Day Shift.
