Job Description

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection of qualified and suitable candidates for both clinical and non-clinical positions in the organization based on the approved manpower budget.
Handle the entire recruitment cycle and source candidates of suitable caliber from various sources like Job Portals, Postings, Walk-ins, Social Media, and Internal or External References.
Manage profiles through referrals.
Coordinate directly with the Team heads, Managers, and Recruitment Team to define the selection process.
Extensively follow-up to expedite the selection process and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Create and maintain recruitment reports
Coordinate the timely release of job postings.
Do the induction and Onboarding process

Skills:

Solid desktop skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
