Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and client relationships within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in talent acquisition, client service, and candidate management across various industries or specializations.
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing key client accounts, mentoring junior recruiters, and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives. A blend of recruitment expertise, commercial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, role requirements, company culture, and long-term goals.

Write compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract the right talent.

Use job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and database tools to source active and passive candidates.
2. Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and delivery.

Consult clients on talent availability, market trends, and salary benchmarks.

Ensure quality delivery of candidates to clients and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.

Manage service-level expectations and escalate issues when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Candidate Engagement

Conduct detailed screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in alignment with ongoing and future hiring needs.

Provide a high-touch candidate experience, offering support and communication throughout the hiring journey.

Guide candidates through interview preparation, feedback sharing, and offer acceptance.
4. Business Development (If Applicable)

Identify new business opportunities with prospective clients through market research, referrals, or cold outreach.

Pitch recruitment services to organizations and negotiate commercial terms.

Grow existing accounts by offering additional recruitment support or exploring new verticals.
5. Team Leadership & Mentorship

Support, guide, and mentor junior recruiters or recruitment associates on best practices and process improvements.

Conduct training sessions and share industry knowledge to develop team capabilities.

Assist in setting recruitment KPIs, monitoring performance, and helping the team meet or exceed targets.
6. Recruitment Strategy and Reporting

Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, source of hire, offer-to-join ratio).

Work with leadership to refine sourcing strategies, talent acquisition tools, and employer branding initiatives.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy laws, and equal opportunity hiring practices.
