- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in managing and leading a sales team is preferable.
- Convincing customers by providing the required information.
- Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with new as well as old clients.
- Continuously monitor and improve operations to ensure alignment with the company business direction.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies with the team.
- Identifying and communicating customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handling Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate tie-up activity to generate maximum business for Residential New projects.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation.
- Looking for a hard-core performer in selling Residential Properties.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality & convincing.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in any Sales, Real-estate Organization will be preferred.
- Strong team player Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage.
