Project: “Identification of non-invasive microRNA and proteomic biomarkers in plasma for early detection of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Indian patients”

Essential Qualification: First class M.Sc in Biological Sciences/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry with NET (CSIR/UGC) / GATE and first authorship publication(s) in peer-reviewed journal
Experience: In functional genomics, molecular and cell biology, proteomics, ELISA; affinity for data analysis and biostatistics; outstanding theoretical and experimental research skills; well-organized and result-driven with a strong team spirit; a strong command of (scientific) English in speech and writing is desired.
Age limits: Maximum 35 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement.
Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable upto 3 years, subject to annual review of the work done
Fellowship: Basic pay: Rs. 35,000/- per month plus HRA @ 24% on the basic pay as per ICMR rules
