- At least 5+ years experience in developing applications in Ruby on Rails
- Solid understanding in design pattern and implementation.
- Hands on experience in JavaScript frameworks like jQuery/AngularJS
- Test Driven Development Approach (TDD).
- Good in DB design and performance tuning in MySQL.
- Should have experience in code analyse/monitoring tools like New Relic.
- Experience on API and RESTful based application.
- Solid understanding of Git and Git Flow
- Knowledge on deployment and scaling rails applications using AWS etc.
- Experience on performance improvement and should worked on large scale application.
