Senior Sale Co ordinator
Job Description
Collection & Accounting:
• Coordinating between Sales – SSC team for updating customer wise invoice wise collections on daily
basis
• Updating sales team on Weekly basis on Sales and Collections – Target vs Actual
• Credit notes processing – Coordinating between Sales and SCM team to receive the CNs on monthly
basis
• Follow up for Balance confirmations/ Ledgers/ Account reconciliations/ COFACE documentations
/legal follow ups
• Taking care of all receivables (follow up with team, SSC, Credit notes, TDS, TCS certificate, overdue
statement)
• Follow up with SCM team on creating accruals based on various rebates offered to customers
Business Related:
• New Customer Code Creation, MDP, Updating Credit Limits, COFACE Limit
• Vendor Code creation in Customer Portal, Submitting other relevant Documents
• Uploading Invoices in Customer Portal
• Preparing Quotations to Domestic and Exports Customers
• Responding to Customer on Acknowledging PO, Sharing Dispatch Details
• Coordinating with Sales Team on Monthly Collection Plan, Forecasts, NBD at the beginning of the
month.
• Update sales team on NBD progress, Forecasts Vs Actual (Value, Volume and Margin), Overdue
Collections – on Weekly basis.
• Collecting & updating –New Business Development/New Product Development to Regional team on
monthly basis
• Share the Analysis of Export / Import Data Monthly Basis to Sales Team
• Collecting & updating market data for Business inputs
• Follow up with planning on imports of CG&P range from China and Japan
• Collaborating with Sales and AT team on various Customer projects and visit plan.
• Coordination for declarations, Audit documentations, questionaries received from customers with
relevant functions
• Exports – Coordination for all information for quick dispatch
• Generating Dashboard & BI Reports
• Capturing all points from meetings and follow up on action items
• Coordinate with Sales Team on achieving customer visit targets set by Region

PROFILE
Degree, experiences, skills...
• Graduation with good MS office knowledge, Working experience in SAP
• 5-6 years’ work experience in supporting business and admin activities
