Job Profile:

Sell our technology enabled recruitment products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Identify new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners.
Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new opportunities that meet client's requirements.
Regularly following up with existing clients via phone, email and personal meetings to cross-sell and up-sell
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly outline the value proposition.
Building sound, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients to fuel the company's growth.
Gather market, competition and customer information.

Desired Experience and Qualification
- Experience in key account management.
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
- Exposure in the online recruitment industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and other regional languages.
