Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. The role involves assisting clients in buying residential flat properties while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, social media.
Understand client requirements and provide property options that suit their needs.
Conduct property presentations, site visits.
Negotiate prices and payment terms with clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after sales to build long-term relationships.
Collaborate with legal, marketing, and finance teams for documentation and post-sale processes.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitors.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system regularly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
06 Month to 01 year Minimum of Real estate experience
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident under pressure.
Knowledge of local property laws, documentation, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and property listing platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English, Telugu,Hindi.
