About the job

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a Senior Sales Executive at Medstown, you will drive the growth of our 30-minute medicine delivery service by acquiring new customers and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, medical store owners, and pharma retailers. Your role will be integral in helping Medstown expand its customer base and increase revenue through direct sales and building lasting partnerships.

Job title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Banjara Hills

Working days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Working Timings: (11 AM to 8PM)

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

A. Lead generation & targeting:
1. Identify and target potential customers in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, including pharma retailers, medical store owners, and healthcare providers
2. Present Medstown's 30-minute medicine delivery services to individual customers, pharmacies, and medical stores, demonstrating the value of fast and reliable service

B. Customer relationship management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and repeat business

C. Meeting with pharma retailers & medical store owners:
1. Meet pharma retailers and medical store owners to discuss Medstown's service offerings and partnership benefits
2. Understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions to help them provide faster and more efficient delivery to their customers
3. Develop and strengthen partnerships with local pharmacies and medical stores, ensuring Medstown's 30-minute delivery service is consistently promoted

D. Product knowledge & promotion:
1. Become an expert in Medstown's services and offerings, articulating the benefits and value proposition to potential clients
2. Create and deliver sales presentations that effectively communicate Medstown's competitive advantage in speed and reliability

E. Sales strategy & goals:
1. Work closely with the sales team to create strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts

F. Market research & feedback:
1. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position Medstown's services

G. Reporting & analytics:
1. Track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets
2. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

·       Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

·       Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business

·       Ability to establish relationships and build trust with pharma retailers, medical store owners, and healthcare providers

·       A results-driven attitude with a focus on sales
