Position Overview
A Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of the company’s sales strategy. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven experience in sales and a deep understanding of the sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
The Senior Sales Executive acts as a key contributor to the organization’s bottom line by acquiring new clients, expanding business with existing accounts, and mentoring junior team members. This position requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, along with a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Lead Generation

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead databases.

Build a strong pipeline by initiating contact with potential clients through calls, emails, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings.

2. Client Relationship Management

3. Sales Process Execution
