Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-driven Senior Sales Manager (Female Only) to lead our sales initiatives, manage high-value client relationships—especially with NRI (Non-Resident Indian) clientele—and elevate the in-store customer experience. The role involves strategic planning, sales target achievement, market expansion, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to manage a CRM system effectively.
This is a high-impact position suited for individuals who are proactive, customer-focused, and skilled in both B2C sales and retail environments. Previous experience in managing luxury retail, real estate, premium services, or high-value products will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and ensure consistent achievement.

Forecast sales performance, analyze sales trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Design special sales initiatives for NRI segments, seasonal campaigns, and targeted markets.
2. CRM & NRI Client Engagement

Manage and update CRM platforms regularly with accurate customer data and interactions.

Build strong, long-term relationships with NRI clients through personalized follow-ups and services.

Track customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Ensure timely responses to client queries, leads, and follow-ups from both domestic and overseas contacts.
3. In-Store Experience Leadership

Lead and inspire the in-store sales team to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.

Ensure the in-store experience is consistent, professional, and exceeds customer expectations.

Oversee visual merchandising standards, customer walk-in experience, and hospitality protocols.

Resolve escalations, handle high-value clients personally, and ensure seamless service delivery.
4. New Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion

Identify and develop new business opportunities in untapped regions or client segments.

Plan and execute market visits, networking events, or promotional activities to attract new customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team on customer acquisition campaigns, especially digital and NRI-targeted initiatives.

Expand brand reach through referrals, alliances, partnerships, or real estate/networking platforms.
5. Team Management & Training

Mentor and guide junior sales staff to improve performance, closing rates, and product knowledge.

Conduct regular training sessions focused on customer service, NRI interaction, and CRM usage.
