Job Description

Job Title: Senior SEO Executive

Location: Noida Sector 63

Experience: 3+ years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and search visibility.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
Improve off-page SEO through link-building strategies, outreach, and partnerships.
Analyse website performance metrics, track key KPIs, and generate detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Collaborate with content marketing teams to optimize existing content and develop SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile-friendliness.
Oversee and manage local SEO strategies for improved visibility in local search results.
Implement E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trustworthiness) guidelines to enhance website credibility and search rankings.
Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities for growth.
Train and mentor junior SEO team members, providing guidance on best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT.
3+ to 6 years of proven SEO experience.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
Experience with content optimization, keyword strategy, and link-building techniques.
Understanding of Google algorithm updates, ranking factors, and best practices.
Experience managing local SEO, e-commerce SEO, or enterprise SEO projects.
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
