Job Description
We’re hiring Senior SMEs/Team Lead for various subjects – Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Physics, and Statistics etc.
The responsibilities include:-
1. Managing a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) working on creating educational or academic content creation.
2. Getting productivity from subject experts for various educational projects e.g. textbook solutions authoring, assessment or quiz questionnaire, online homework help, Q&A, Quality Review, video content creation, etc.
3. Working with the project manager to achieve productivity and quality goals, targets.
4. Quality review, check and control in SMEs’ created content.
5. Feedback and training of SMEs.
Qualifications and Other Requirements:-
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as an SME for educational/academic content creation projects.
- Experience in managing SME teams will get preference.
- Must be flexible in working in shifts as and when required.
- Must be flexible in working from home and in-office; as and when required.
Educational Qualifications:-
- M.Sc. for Statistics, Physics
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA for Computer Science / Software Engineering
- B.Tech/M.Tech – for Electrical Engineering
