Description :
- Primary point of contact for all technical program issues during vehicle testing. Often at customer site.
- Establish and maintain a good and effective Customer relationship:
- Liaison between customer-Visteon PD/ Visteon Mfg.
- Coordination of customer feedback with manufacturing and PD teams.
- Assist customer in areas related to Visteon products.
- Investigate issues/roadblocks and assure customer satisfaction in a consistent manner as per Visteon policies.
- Identify and provide reliable solutions through all stages of the product development.
- Present and explain information in a clear manner to Customer.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide updates of open items list.
