Job Description
Purpose of the Job
- Leading a team for design, development and testing of IT applications using Java
- Capture the user requirements and documenting them.
- Design and development of applications in line with user requirements
- Involve in estimating, planning, reviews, demos and testing.
- Willing to travel on need basis
- Ensure adherence to the Safety, Quality Standards, Policies & Procedures of the Company
- Handling any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Reporting Authority
Skills Required
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in software architecture, software development, software testing and team management.
- Hands on experience on Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Hibernate, Spring, Ajax, Web Services, SQL.
- Good experience in source control, unit testing, code verification, documentation, automated build, continuous integration, metrics, and code reviews.
- Very good understanding and application knowledge of OOD principles and Design patterns.
- Experience in working with Agile Scrum methodology.
