Qualification
Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical / Supply Chain / Commerce)
⏳ Experience
5–8 years in Automobile / Auto Ancillary Stores (JIT environment preferred)
�� Key Skills
Strong knowledge of JIT / JIS / Kanban system
Hands-on experience in SAP MM module
Inventory control techniques (FIFO, cycle counting)
Good coordination & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of automotive parts (plastic, sheet metal, assemblies)
�� KPIs / Performance Metrics
Line stoppage cases (Zero target)
Inventory accuracy (%)
GRN TAT (Turnaround Time)
Stock variance & audit score
Supplier delivery adherence
