ATL is a company with well-established brands that operate in two distinct industries; HelioNext (business process outsourcing) and Culmin (IT staffing). While HelioNext focuses on SMB healthcare and mortgage clients in the US, Culmin services large listed clients in India.

In addition to traditional BPO services, HelioNext has launched a range of digital services including robotic process automation and business intelligence to capture future opportunities as the industry evolves. The company is currently pursuing aggressive growth over the next 3 years as the industry evolves and is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to support strategic delivery in a new era of growth.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and Head of Strategy in developing strategic roadmaps for business units/ support functions, aligned to the overall corporate strategy priorities which have already been articulated. This role will require strong analytical skills and pragmatic problem-solving, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A high level of proficiency in communication through PPT and modeling in Excel is expected.

Experience in a BPO, IT staffing, or funded startup environment is advantageous though not necessary. This role is ideally suited to management consultants looking for a move to a permanent industry role.

Key Responsibilities 

•  Lead the development of strategies for business units (e.g. IT staffing) and support functions (e.g. HR, Digital) through hypothesis-based analysis
• Develop solutions and action plans through strategic analysis, option development, and evaluation of existing business practice
• Develop analytic and financial models to support your recommendations to ensure data-driven decision-making
• Distill data, insights, and information into clear and compelling presentations that can be circulated for broad alignment
• Support the development of management dashboards and KPIs to identify baseline and track toward target performance
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and assist in the implementation of strategy
• Be prepared for a startup-like environment where initiative is expected for individuals to take on responsibilities beyond what is normally expected of their job titles.

Key Skills & Experience

• Ideally, you will have 3+ years of experience working in Big 4/ top-tier boutique consulting firms which has armed you with a “consulting toolkit”
• High-level of proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, and data visualization with strong skills in project and stakeholder management
• Exceptional analytical skills, including proven skills in financial modeling and strategic evaluation
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A strong influencer who can work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence and poise in presenting to management and senior leaders
• Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality
• Intellectually curious, high energy, and resilient
• Available and responsive to the communication needs of remote working
• Flexible and able to balance multiple projects/ priorities and demanding timelines
