Job Description

1. Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, Good Engineering Practices, and applicable statutory laws, rules, and regulations. 2. Plan and manage daily work activities and manpower, ensuring timely execution, erection, and commissioning of all HVAC systems and related utilities. 3. Ensure qualification and documentation of all utility equipment are completed as per regulatory and site requirements. 4. Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs effectively to improve the efficiency and reliability of HVAC systems and utilities. 5. Coordinate with vendors to ensure installation, qualification, and related utility activities are completed within defined timelines. 6. Ensure the development, implementation, and adherence to procedures related to operation and maintenance of HVAC and utility systems. 7. Minimize power and energy consumption without impacting production schedules; work closely with the project department for smooth handover and transition of new systems and projects. 8. Ensure inventory management of spares in close coordination with the Purchase department. 9. Streamline HVAC system performance through defect analysis and corrective actions. 10. Prepare, implement, and maintain all cGMP-related documentation and relevant records. 11. Train downstream staff on proper operation, maintenance, and project execution as per defined requirements. 12. Coordinate with internal engineering, production teams, and external contractors to achieve objectives in an efficient and timely manner. 13. Provide regular reporting to senior management on critical issues arising during operations and updates on corrective and preventive actions. 14. Ensure effective implementation of cGMP practices within the plant. 15. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as part of the job role. 16. Maintain and promote safety practices during plant operation and maintenance activities. 17. Complete all tasks assigned by the reporting manager within stipulated timelines.
