Senior Technical Sales Engineer (Hyderabad)
KnitLogix, a leading provider of data security solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our multi-factor authentication keys, data destruction services, degaussers, cloud technology solutions, etc. You will develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the Hyderabad area, identify their data security needs, and propose solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets for multi-factor authentication key, data destruction services, degaussers and cloud technology .
Prospect and qualify leads, identify decision-makers and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of KnitLogix's data security solutions.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
Maintain and update detailed customer records and sales reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of data security best practices and current IT trends.
Ability to travel within the Hyderabad region and if need be across the country.
A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including authentication methods and the importance of 2FA, is essential.
Familiarity with how 2FA works, including hardware tokens, software-based authentication, and integration with systems, can be beneficial.
Understanding the industries that require 2FA, such as finance, healthcare, and government, can help target the right audience.
