Job Description

Senior Technical Support Manager - DevOps - Multiple Locations (821671)

Location : Hyderabad

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, security, network, SQL databases)
Experience supporting Enterprise J2EE Applications (using Oracle as backend) on a Linux/Unix stack
Demonstrated experience managing multiple work streams, building strong relationships with multiple teams
DevOps implementation experience on a commercial Cloud environment
Expertise in DevOps tool chain and available tool options
Expertise in one of the scripting languages (Python, Perl or Unix Shell Scripting) and writing scripts for configuration management (CM), build and deployment activities
Working knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle, CI/CD - continuous integration, continuous delivery techniques
Clear understanding of Release/Change management practices as per ITIL
Outstanding organizational communication, collaboration and team building skills and ability to function in a matrix environment with collaborative decision making

Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL certification at Foundation level or above
Linux systems administration certification at RHCSA (or equivalent) level or above
Experience with continuous deployment in commercial cloud environments like AWS, Azure
Technical knowledge in J2EE technologies, ESB , Angular JS, Spring Boot, Oracle, Azure , RDBMS and NOSQL
Knowledge of containerization technologies
Familiarity with API/microservices, IaaS, PaaS environments
