Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician - Carbon Fibre and Composite Manufacturing to lead the production of advanced composite components. This role involves hands-on fabrication, supervision, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring top-notch quality in composite processes.
Responsibilities-
Fabricate composite parts using hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, and prepreg/autoclave curing.

Supervise mould preparation, fibre cutting, resin mixing, lay-up, bagging, and demoulding.

Ensure dimensional accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.

Guide and mentor junior technicians.

Collaborate with design, R&D, and quality teams.

Oversee trimming, machining, bonding, and finishing.

Maintain production records, repair logs, and quality documents.

Drive process improvements in efficiency and material usage.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality protocols.

Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in carbon fibre composite manufacturing.

Proficiency in vacuum infusion, hand lay-up, prepreg, and autoclave curing.

Experience in aerospace, automotive, UAV/drone, or marine industries preferred.

Knowledge of AS9100/ISO quality systems is an advantage.

Expertise in carbon fibre, glass fibre, and hybrid composites.

Strong knowledge of mould-making, curing, and finishing techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
