Senior Tele Sales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales:

Make high volumes of outbound calls to potential and existing customers using pre-qualified or cold leads.

Promote and sell company products or services to customers through structured and persuasive conversations.

Deliver customized sales pitches based on customer profiles, interests, and business needs.

Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with leads until the sales process is completed.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Identify and qualify prospects from various sources including databases, inbound inquiries, referrals, and cold calls.

Convert leads into paying customers through effective sales techniques, needs analysis, and product presentations.

Maintain a strong understanding of the sales funnel, ensuring a healthy pipeline at all times.
3. Sales Reporting and CRM Management:

Accurately document customer interactions, follow-ups, feedback, and sales status in the CRM system.

Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against set targets.

Prepare and submit performance summaries and insights for team leaders and management review.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.

Handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively to close deals.

Guide customers through the sales process, including pricing, packages, and service features.
5. Mentoring and Support:

Support junior telesales executives by sharing best practices and providing guidance during difficult calls or negotiations.

Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and workshops to improve sales strategies and communication skills.

Act as a role model in maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and customer-centric behavior.
6. Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and call metrics.

Optimize personal call scripts and techniques to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on customer needs and buying patterns.
7. Market and Product Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, pricing, and competitive advantages.

Keep up to date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.

Provide customer feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings and positioning.
