Job Summary
The Senior Telecaller Officer will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, converting inquiries into sales, and offering financial solutions tailored to customer needs. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of financial products, and a proven track record in telesales or outbound calling roles.
You will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in establishing trust and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential leads sourced from internal databases, referrals, or marketing campaigns.

Generate interest in financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment services.

Identify and qualify potential customers based on eligibility criteria.
2. Product Presentation

Clearly explain the features, benefits, terms, and documentation requirements for each financial product.

Customize pitches based on customer profiles, financial backgrounds, and loan requirements.

Offer multiple product comparisons when applicable and help clients choose the right option.
3. Follow-Ups and Conversions

Conduct regular follow-up calls to warm leads and nurture them through the decision-making process.

Address queries, handle objections, and build rapport to close the sale.

Ensure timely submission of customer documents and coordinate with backend teams for application processing.
4. Target Achievement

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.

Track performance regularly and report updates to the Team Leader or Manager.

Optimize call time and improve conversation quality to increase conversion ratios.
5. CRM and Documentation

Accurately record customer information, interaction history, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.

Ensure documentation is complete, error-free, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with the verification and credit approval team to resolve delays or rejections.
6. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.

Follow up with customers post-sale for feedback, upselling opportunities, and referrals.

Provide assistance in case of issues with application status, product usage, or document tracking.
7. Mentorship and Team Support

As a senior member of the telecalling team, provide guidance and support to junior callers when needed.
