Job Description
- Answering queries & attending calls generated through digital platform.
- Understanding the patient's concern and attending their queries regarding the treatment.
- Data maintenance and regular follow ups.
- Conversion of leads to actual sales that in turn leads to the revenue growth
- Problem solving attributes and patience for patient handling.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for connecting with patients.
- Fluency in English & Bengali (for international patients) will be preferred.
- Knowledge of medical insurances (Govt. & Non-Govt.) will be an added advantage.
