Brief Description:

• A Team Lead is responsible to lead a team of software testers.
  
• Should be a practitioner of clients process and follower of quality standards, especially maintaining the documents.
  
• Working with developers and project teams, communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
  
• Writing and executing test scripts, prepare bug reports and followup the items
  
• Problem-solving and presentation skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  
• Responsible for QC Lifecycle.
  

Responsible for verifying the delivery:

• Manage day-to-day activities of the software team to ensure each project remains on schedule and on budget.
  
• Provide leadership for direct delivery (project) teams to deliver within the required timeframe, as per specifications and of the highest quality.
  
•  Create, maintain and track project plans and schedules and problem logs throughout the life of the project.
  
• Provide routine status reports to clients and management is crucial.
  
• Offer leadership, guidance, and motivation to team and programmers while resolving internal conflicts.
  

 Preferred Skills:

• The candidates should be proficient in Manual Testing, Automation, also the candidates should be able to communicate well the requirements to the team. Should be capable enough to handle clients.
