Job Description
Senior Trainer/ Trainer
Essential Responsibilities
§ To execute training curriculum with NSDC standards
§ Prepare training schedules classroom agenda and training materials such as presentations worksheets and so on
§ Perform training sessions in groups or individually as per lesson plans
§ Manage data on completed courses
§ Work closely with coordinator to ensure 100% attendance of the students in each class.
§ Ensure that all the candidates in the class have 100% concept clarity
§ Take ownership of batch success and concept assimilation
§ Provide actionable feedback to candidates on homework and in general class behavior
§ Ensure that all the candidates are well-prepared to attended interviews
§ Manage and overlook responsibilities among multiple stakeholders and ensure efficient and timely delivery of outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities
§ Create and review technical training programs according to organizational requirements
§ Monitor and analyse the results of training programs and improve suitably
§ Evaluate the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
§ Work closely with the curriculum development team to suggest and make recommendations based on the data in accordance with the key metrics.
Qualification:
§ M.E/ M. Tech Mechanical streams/ Production/ Mechatronics/ Robotics
§ B.E / B. Tech – Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering
§ Diploma – Mechanical, Tool and Die, Mechatronics, E-Robotics
Skill Requirement:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Preferred experience in curriculum development but not essential
Experience:
§ M.E/ M. Tech – preferable, but not essential - with 2 years of teaching experience or 2 years training experience or 2 years Industrial experience, freshers can also apply
§ B.E / B. Tech - with 2 years of teaching experience or 2 years training experience or 2 years Industrial experience
§ Diploma – with 4 to 5 years of Industrial experience
