Responsibilities
Follow Consultative Sales Model to drive sales and develop customer relationships
Meet monthly sales targets for income and booking conversion
Create bespoke flight itineraries with the additional land arrangement according to
customer requirements
Deliver excellent customer service
o Responding to customer enquiries promptly
o Providing customer with descriptive and persuasive covering emails and
itineraries
o Being aware of customer experience facilitating good Trustpilot feedback
Effective organisational skills to manage all stages of the booking cycle
o Quoting new customers
o Upselling products throughout the process
o Making the booking
o Managing ticketing
o Answering pre-travel questions
o Dealing with travel complaints
o Welcome home calls
Being a considerate team player
o Assisting colleagues’ customers when absent like they are your own
