Summary : We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to bridge the gap between user experience and visual design. In this role, you will translate the strategic UX direction provided by UX Strategist into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. Your strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail will ensure that our digital products are both user-friendly and visually engaging.
UX Responsibilities:
Collaborate with fellow UX Designer to understand and implement UX strategies and requirements.
Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user interactions.
Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on design solutions for improved usability.
Ensure that the user experience aligns with business goals and user needs.
Convert decisions into Low-fidelity wireframes and handover to UI Designer.
Should be able to create and maintain strategic documents.
UI Responsibilities:
Translate UX wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity UI designs that are visually appealing and on-brand.
Design UI elements such as icons, buttons, AI-rich cards, and widgets that enhance user interaction.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
Stay updated on the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Tech / Tool Skills
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, AI Tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Word doc, Documentation or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are required
