Job Description
- We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer having 5 plus years of experience for our Noida location.
- Candidates will work for our client and play a pivotal role in the technology team responsible for developing solutions creating cutting edge user experience.
- You'll work in close partnership with all key stakeholders, both in the technology organization and our client partner groups to deliver innovative end-to-end solutions that are effortless, intuitive and delightful to use.
- Define the user experience standards for software development teams
- Communicate these standards across the development organization and train developers
- Conduct user experience reviews of existing products and put together process and plans for their continuous improvement
- Work closely with users, program managers, and developers to bring the teams ideas to life
- Interface directly with client partners, and users to fully understand design requirements
- Create the underlying layout and experience architectures, interaction flows, and supporting collateral that will communicate the proposed experience to client partners
- Represent interaction design throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle and deliver production assets as neededQualifications Senior Resources
- 5 plus years of UX / visual design experience (and the portfolio to prove it) with a primary focus on data presentation and visualization
- 3 plus years of leading and/or individually contributing to multiple UX design projects
- Experience in designing highly interactive user experiences by developing wireframes and prototypes of the application functionalities
- Minimum Graduation with preference given to candidates having degrees / certificates in visual communication or Fine arts.
- Complete mastery of tools for wire framing and designing
- Good understanding of Web Technologies such as HTML, CSS etc.
- Creativity, problem-solving, passion for user experience design and attention to detail are critical to a solid understanding of the design process.
- Great interpersonal skills; strong partner/relationship management experience
- Strong self-management, communication, and presentation skills
