Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities
- An extensive experience in web/mobile UI/ UX Designer.
- Strong experience in architecture making design and technology decisions for complex products.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Experience creating annotated wireframes and user flows.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Proficiency in HTML,CSS or similar is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Bootstrap/Foundation or similar is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of user interface patterns for mobile, web, and responsive design.
- Excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, colour) with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Conduct usability testing.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Create any product related communication material as required.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Superb attention to details.
- Ability to work well in an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Work in multiple projects & teams spread across different domains and technologies.
- Work & interact directly with senior directors in an open and flat hierarchical structure.
