- 4+ years of experience performing full life cycle (both client and candidate side) technical recruiting for an external recruiting company, preferably on a full or partial commission basis
- Must have a good understanding of IT products and trends
- Internet sourcing, technical knowledge and solid interviewing skills are required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
