Experience- 0 to 7 year experience
Desired/Essential Skills:
- 0 TO 7 years of US Recruiting experience with a focus on Contract, Contract to Hire and Full-Time positions.
- Hands-on experience in the complete US recruitment life cycle.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Experience in recruiting, US Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EAD consultants.
- Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Career Builder, Dice, Monster and Techfetch.
- Proficient in the use of networking sites like Linked In, Twitter, etc. and Google AIRS searches.
- Proficient in Salary/Hourly Rate negotiations
- Proficient in different Tax Terms Like W2, 1099, C2C and INC.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
