Senior Vice President Job in Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd at Bhatpara

Major Purpose of the Job: Heading Finance for All Manufacturing sites, CSBU Business, R&D, CDMO & CRO etc. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Partnering with all Plant head, R & D head, Quality head and finance controllers them achieve their monthly production and cost saving targets. 2. Partnering with C SBU Marketing head to improve monthly profitability, product mix and its implications. 3. To steer the cost saving initiative across all the plants by ensuring efficient and cost- effective management of production process across all location. 4. To review and help business team for new product costing /UID, financial evaluation of CDMO/CMO opportunities. 5. To ensure, with the help of supply chain, production and Plant Finance Controller for optimum level of Inventories, no Expiry of materials, monitoring and controlling of non –moving /slow moving inventories. 6. To ensure that annual budget are properly discussed with all stakeholders in details and agreed upon budget are finalized in a time bound fashion which support in achievement top line, bottom line and other efficiencies in cost / productivity. 7. To ensure monthly MIS reporting after detailed discussion and analysis. 8. To ensure all kind of factory compliances with coordination Plant HR and Plant Head. 9. Automation to simplify and standardise existing processes. 10. Work for team development by motivation, role movement & enhancement. 11. Any other actions and responsibilities as agreed with Management Professional Qualifications ICWA, CS, CA (Inter), PGDM – MBA in Business Management, CSCP certification from APICS USA
