SEO & Paid Ads Specialist (2–4 Years Experience) – Full-Time
We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & Paid Advertising Specialist with deep expertise in search optimization, AI-powered SEO tools, and paid campaign management. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, proactive, and committed to delivering measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and visibility.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization using modern AI tools.
- Track performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, SGE, and AI search trends.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to improve site performance.
- Optimize existing pages and guide content teams on SEO-driven copywriting.
- Manage link-building strategies and maintain a strong backlink profile.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Paid Advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Analyze data, generate insights, and make strategy recommendations based on performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO and Paid Advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience using AI-driven SEO tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, etc.).
- Deep understanding of E-E-A-T, structured data, and AI-focused optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex SEO and PPC challenges.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Local SEO, Video SEO, and Voice Search optimization.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website performance metrics.
- Familiarity with integrating SEO and content or social media strategies.
