Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated SEO and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for improving our website’s organic search rankings, managing paid digital campaigns, and increasing online visibility to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
This role requires both technical SEO skills and a good understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, email campaigns, and web analytics tools. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and hands-on with SEO techniques, content optimization, and paid marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for improved search rankings.

Work on both on-page (titles, descriptions, URLs, content structure) and off-page SEO (backlink building, guest posting, directory submission).

Monitor and resolve SEO technical issues including page speed, broken links, sitemap errors, and mobile responsiveness.

Submit and maintain sitemaps and robots.txt using Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.

Track performance metrics like keyword positions, bounce rate, CTR, and conversion rate.
2. Content Strategy & Optimization:

Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-optimized blogs, articles, landing pages, and website content.

Analyze user intent and create content strategies around high-performing keywords.

Regularly audit and update existing content to improve SEO performance.

Ensure content meets quality and SEO standards.
3. Paid Advertising (PPC):

Plan and run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) for lead generation and branding.

Set up Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads, targeting specific audience segments.

Manage daily campaign budgets, bid strategies, and ROI tracking.

Write ad copies and optimize visuals in collaboration with graphic designers.
4. Social Media Marketing:

Assist in planning and executing organic and paid content strategies on social platforms.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activity.

Analyze engagement metrics, followers growth, and reach/impression reports.
5. Website Analytics & Reporting:

Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio to track user behavior and campaign effectiveness.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports showing traffic sources, conversions, and goal completions.

Identify insights and suggest improvements in campaigns and website user flow.
6. Email & CRM Marketing:

Support in creating email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar tools.

Segment email lists and create automated drip campaigns for leads or customers.

Monitor email open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS (basic for SEO tasks like schema markup, redirects)

Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or CMS platforms

Experience running and managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
