Position: SEO Executive Fresher
Location: Mohali
Mode: Work from Office
Experience: Must have completed SEO training
Vacancy: 1
Interview Timings: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Interview Type: Face-to-face (mandatory if shortlisted)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
-
Assist in conducting keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

Identify long-tail, low-competition keywords for blog posts, landing pages, and service pages.
-
Understand user intent and search behavior to help shape content strategy.
2. On-Page SEO:
-
Help implement basic on-page SEO techniques such as optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headers (H1, H2, H3), image alt tags, and internal linking.

Support in updating and maintaining content across the website and blog for better readability and SEO performance.

Assist in ensuring proper URL structure, keyword density, and formatting of pages.
3. Off-Page SEO and Link Building:

Assist in identifying link-building opportunities through guest posting, directories, business listings, and outreach.

Help with submission to forums, bookmarking sites, Q&A platforms like Quora, and social media channels.

Maintain a record of backlinks, outreach efforts, and response rates in Excel or Google Sheets.
4. Technical SEO:
-
Learn to use tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights to perform technical audits.

Support the team in identifying broken links, crawl errors, duplicate content, or issues related to mobile usability.

Assist in generating and submitting XML sitemaps and robots.txt files.
5. Content Support:
-
Coordinate with the content team to ensure that blogs and landing pages are SEO-optimized before publishing.

Provide SEO guidelines such as keywords to target, internal link recommendations, and meta descriptions.

Check content readability, keyword usage, and proper formatting.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Help monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rate, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Assist in preparing basic SEO performance reports for weekly or monthly reviews.

Track improvements in ranking and identify areas for further optimization.
