Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Real Estate Digital Marketing.
- As a PPC specialist, you also need to optimise campaigns to increase the effectiveness.
- Having good math and analytical skills.
- Ability to keep their campaigns within specified budgets.
- You should also be capable of seeing numerical trends within the paid search accounts.
- To come up with the new ideas and implement them.
- Need to be self-starters and go-getters with extremely high energy.
- A creative thinker: There is a constant need to come up with new and innovative ideas for their accounts and campaigns.
- Lead generation based campaigns.
- Manage multiple campaigns & optimising campaigns.
- From keyword research to optimise your campaign, you will need to create and manage successful campaigns.
- Make bidding strategies.
- Testing and Optimisation reporting.
- Managing website updates & digital marketing.
- Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing) AdWords / Bing certification a plus.
