Job Description

As an SEO Executive, your primary responsibility is to optimize our company's online presence and increase organic traffic to our website. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and implement SEO strategies that improve search engine rankings, drive qualified traffic, and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords for our industry and target audience.

Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.

Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the domain authority and backlink profile of our website.

Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.

Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new content and website updates.

Generate SEO reports and communicate key metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for optimization and growth.

Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and strategies for outperforming competitors in search engine results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or related field.

Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of SEO concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing.
