Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The SEO Executive will be responsible for executing on-page and off-page optimization strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, and implementing technical SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
The ideal candidate is analytical, up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, and capable of using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others. You will play a crucial role in boosting the company's online presence and supporting content marketing, website optimization, and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Page Optimization:

Conduct keyword research using SEO tools and integrate high-value keywords into website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs.

Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags (H1, H2, etc.), image alt tags, and internal linking structures.

Audit and improve website content for SEO performance, user engagement, and search intent alignment.

Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals and user needs.
2. Off-Page Optimization:

Execute backlink strategies through link building, guest posting, influencer outreach, directory submissions, and other ethical methods.

Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links that may affect rankings.

Promote content across various platforms to increase brand exposure and build domain authority.
3. Technical SEO:

Perform regular SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Google Search Console to identify and resolve issues (e.g., broken links, crawl errors, duplicate content, slow page speed).

Optimize site architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and schema markup for better indexing and user experience.

Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, secure (HTTPS), and meets Core Web Vitals performance metrics.
4. Website & Analytics Monitoring:

Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website performance, traffic trends, and ranking improvements.

Generate weekly and monthly SEO performance reports highlighting key KPIs, traffic sources, bounce rates, and conversion rates.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve SEO strategies and drive results.
5. Competitor Analysis:

Conduct competitive SEO research to identify opportunities and gaps in content, keywords, and backlink strategies.

Benchmark performance against industry competitors and suggest improvements based on analysis.
6. Coordination & Collaboration:

Work closely with web developers, designers, and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website updates or new launches.

Provide SEO guidelines and requirements for new content and landing pages.

Collaborate with paid marketing teams to align organic and paid strategies for maximum visibility and ROI.
