Job Title: SEO Expert (1 Year Experience)
Location: East Delhi
Experience: Minimum 1 year
We are looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Expert to join our team in East Delhi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategy. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy Development:

Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.

Perform keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant keywords for content optimization.

Create and implement long-term SEO plans to increase organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions.
2. On-Page SEO Optimization:

Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to ensure that pages are search-engine friendly.

Conduct regular audits of website content and structure, identifying areas for improvement.

Optimize landing pages, blog posts, and other content types to align with SEO best practices.

Ensure mobile-friendliness, fast page load times, and user-friendly navigation to improve SEO ranking.
3. Off-Page SEO and Link Building:

Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine ranking.

Establish relationships with high-authority websites and influencers for guest posts, backlinks, and partnerships.

Conduct outreach to secure quality backlinks and ensure adherence to white-hat SEO techniques.
4. Technical SEO:

Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues such as broken links, duplicate content, or slow page load times.

Optimize website architecture, URL structures, sitemaps, and ensure proper indexing by search engines.

Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance visibility in search results (rich snippets, featured snippets).

Manage and resolve crawling, indexing, and other technical SEO issues to ensure that the website is properly indexed by search engines.
5. Content Optimization and Strategy:

Work with content creators to optimize content for search engines, ensuring it targets the right keywords.

Optimize existing content and suggest new topics to improve content visibility and relevancy.

Ensure that content is engaging, informative, and aligned with user intent and SEO objectives.
6. SEO Reporting and Analytics:

Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.

Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, traffic growth, keyword ranking improvements, and ROI.

Track KPIs such as organic traffic, bounce rate, click-through rate (CTR), conversions, and keyword rankings.
7. Stay Up-to-Date with SEO Trends:

Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Adapt SEO strategies based on changes in search engine algorithms (e.g., Google Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird).

Attend conferences, webinars, and engage in continuous learning to enhance SEO knowledge.
8. Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Support:

Work closely with the content, design, development, and marketing teams to align SEO goals with overall business objectives.

Provide SEO guidelines and training to content writers, developers, and marketing teams.

Collaborate with other digital marketing experts (PPC, social media, etc.) to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
