About the internship
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and talented SEO Intern to assist our marketing team in optimizing our online content and driving organic traffic to our website. The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the success of our startup.
As part of our lean team, you will also get a chance to work on many different things apart from SEO, including, but not limited to growth, product, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
Analyze competitor websites to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
2. Link Building:
Assist in the development and execution of link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Identify and pursue opportunities for building high-quality backlinks.
3. On-Page Optimization:
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into new and existing content.
Optimize meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree.
Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
Basic understanding of on-page and off-page SEO
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, in-office internship position.
The internship duration is 3 months.
