The key job responsibilities are:

Excellent command over off-page and on-page SEO.
Excellent command in Written English.
Knowledge of latest SEO techniques and best practices in accordance with Google Panda/Penguin updates.
Should be able to generate relevant website traffic.
Should be expert in posting quality comments, content development, Article submissions and participation in technical groups on Facebook, Linkedin.
Must know Facebook page promotion techniques, and should be able to engage Facebook users.
