Job Description
- Supervise physical application receipt and ensure acknowledgement copies with barcodes are generated accurately.
- Ensure all applications are scanned within defined timelines
- Oversee FTP uploads of scanned files and confirm batch creation on the server.
- Verify outward packet creation, ensuring correct pickup IDs and barcode ranges.
- Allocate work to executives and monitor task completion.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance for process adherence.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues.
- Ensure backup resource readiness for continuity of work.
- Conduct random checks on scanned files to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and client requirements.
- Maintain compliance with internal and client data-handling policies.
- Coordinate with the Manager for escalations and issue resolution.
- Share daily operational reports (volumes scanned, errors, delays, etc.).
- Maintain logs for inward, scanning, outward, and FTP upload activities.
